Retreat Theme: Living the “Hard Right” vs. Living the “Easy Wrong”
A leader is called to be a witness of moral truth (first by their actions, and then by their influence on others). A leader must know what is morally right, they must be able to explain it to others, and they must assist others in making the morally correct choice. Living the “hard right” means that a leader must do the right thing, even when no one is looking.
